How To Generate Students Marksheet From Home Using MS Access Link With MS Word?

Creating a Marksheet is not that difficult if you have some basic knowledge of a computer. I guess you know how to create table or tables in Microsoft Access (MS Access) for filling up the data of the students. It is quick and easy just by entering the texts and data. In case you have entered the students details in the MS Excel then your work will be faster since you can easily import the data from it to the MS Access Database without creating the table but it will auto create and generate from the Excel itself. It would be better to get ready everything in the MS Excel and to import directly within the MS Access. However, if you have a good knowledge on how to use MS Access then it’s normal.

Creating A Marksheet Format: Using MS Word Document create and design a Student’s Marksheet by which it can become a master design for all. There is no need of a multiple designs for each and every student in fact, you can only generate data into the master design. Once you are done with your designing then go to the "Mailings" tab, select the "Recipients" and select "Use an Existing List…" to select from the MS Access Database tables.

Next, go to the "Insert Merge Field" and place the mouse cursor within the area where you want your saved data to be displayed. To display the data click the "Preview Results" and use the arrows to move to-and-fro.
