This issue
is quite common for every user and in fact almost everyone knows how to find
the file when it is saved by mistake, saved without a proper file name or
whatsoever. For each problem there is a solution if you want to get one.
Through
this post I hope you will surely find something useful for you to cope with
your computer issues from time to time. In case it happens that you are the one
who faced such problem of finding the saved file or files then, this post will
guide you to get back to work.
First of
all, reopen the file application be an MS Office Word, MS Paint or any other
and then try to save the file; there you will find the file destination for
saving. Let’s say you have missed to give the file name previously and by
finding the destination of the file it should be a great help for you to know
if that file exists there or not. If it exists, like “New Document” or with any
other name if at all is given then your work is done! But if not, the file was
not properly saved previously and try to find in another drives and folders.
Secondly,
inside a heavy folder or drive with unorganized way of keeping things you may
not be able to see where the file is and to search and scroll may be time
consuming and sometimes become reluctant. The best way to find the recent files
is by right click the mouse and select “Sort by – Date modified” or “Group by –
Date modified”. In this way you will be out of tension anyway. By following
either of the given solutions hope things will go smooth for your day.
