What Is The Common Problem Faced By The User When The Saved File Is Not Found?

This issue is quite common for every user and in fact almost everyone knows how to find the file when it is saved by mistake, saved without a proper file name or whatsoever. For each problem there is a solution if you want to get one.

First of all, reopen the file application be an MS Office Word, MS Paint or any other and then try to save the file; there you will find the file destination for saving. Let’s say you have missed to give the file name previously and by finding the destination of the file it should be a great help for you to know if that file exists there or not. If it exists, like “New Document” or with any other name if at all is given then your work is done!  But if not, the file was not properly saved previously and try to find in another drives and folders. Usually, the first word that you typed or a sentence could be automatically selected as a document name.

Secondly, inside a heavy folder or drive with unorganized way of keeping things you may not be able to see where the file is and to search and scroll may be time consuming and sometimes become reluctant. The best way to find the recent files is by right click the mouse and select “Sort by – Date modified” or “Group by – Date modified”. In this way you will be out of tension anyway. By following either of the given solutions hope things will go smooth for your day.
